Coaches can now bring in their teams to be trained by FHIT's professional staff. The staff will discuss your team's needed improvements and designs sessions based on those needs. Sessions are 60 minutes. Mites (ages 6 and up) are 45-minute sessions.

Shared Facility Rental
Coaches bring your team in and have your players trained by the FHIT staff! Facility rental works the same as ice rental. Rental is by the hour and 45 minutes for squirts and mites. We have three sections for rental:
Strength Training Area - Includes all weight room equipment and space.
Skill Training Area - Includes shooting area, stickhandling area, and slideboards. Technology available for this area.
Team Building Area - Includes all turfed area for plyometrics, quick feet drills, games and much more.
