Josh is the Facility Manager and Director of off-ice Development. He specializes in off-ice testing and training and has worked with hundreds of hockey players of all levels from Mites to Pro's. Josh believes in individualized testing, training, helping athletes set and reach goals, and provides programs for each player to maximize their potential. The programs Josh creates are specific to each skater's level of athleticism, and they are periodized (in phases) according to the time frame each skater has to work with. Josh has a unique ability to test a player and accurately assess their strengths and weaknesses, and then develop a detailed plan to assist players in their overall development.
